November 10th Police Reports

Arrest

  • Occurred at 1:04AM (11/10)- 1300 Boylston Street

Sue Richardson, 43 yrs, was arrested and charged with Operating under the Influence of Alcohol.

Police on patrol witnessed a vehicle traveling at an excessive rate of speed; the officer’s radar registered the vehicles speed to be 56MPH this being in a 35MPH zone. Police spoke with the driver and determined her to be under the influence of alcohol. The woman was subsequently arrested.

· Occurred at 2:37AM (11/10)-Summer Street/ Amory Street

Peter Lee, 23 yrs, was arrested and charged with a Graffiti Law Violation.

Raina Lewis, 21 yrs, was arrested and charged with a Graffiti Law Violation.

Police on patrol witnessed two individuals acting suspiciously and upon following them witnessed them spray painting the wall behind the ski market. A search of the subjects revealed multiple spray paint cans and other items commonly associated with ‘tagging’. The two subjects were subsequently arrested.

  • Occurred at 2:59PM (11/10)- 267 Harvard Street

Karen Johnson, 41 yrs, was arrested and charged with two counts of Shoplifting.

Police received a description of a suspect who had just stolen several items from Body Works, they found the suspect a short time later and a search revealed her to be in possession of $133 worth of stolen goods from that location and also to be in possession of stolen sneakers from Good Feet Store valued at $160. The suspect was subsequently arrested.

Summons

  • Occurred at 1:21AM (11/10)- 525 Harvard Street

Police will summons a man to court for Operating after Revoked Insurance after police witnessed him operating a vehicle, and a check revealed the vehicle’s insurance had been revoked.

Larceny

  • Occurred between 3PM and 4:30Pm (11/08)- Tappan Street/ Greenough Street

Victim reported that her brown hand bag had been stolen from the side of Cypress Field sometime while she was running; the bag contained a cell phone, $50 cash and other miscellaneous personal items.

Malicious Damage

  • Occurred at 8:40PM (11/10)- 29 Avon Street

Victim reported hearing a loud smashing sound and upon investigation discovered a rock

had been thrown through her window, the cost of this damage is unknown.
