July 8th Police Reports

Arrests

· Occurred at 12:13AM (7/08)- Beacon Street/Winthrop Road

Termayne Brown was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct.

While on patrol Officers noticed two males roughhousing near the intersection of Beacon and Winthrop. One of the men Termayne Brown was heavily intoxicated. During questioning Brown became elusive and belligerent, several times disobeying officer’s orders and trying to walk away. At several points Brown even became combative with officers. Brown was subsequently arrested.

· Occurred at 1:58AM (7/08)- Longwood Avenue/ Harvard Street

Jean Garcon was arrested and charged with Operating after Suspension, and a Right on Red traffic violation. Officers observed a motor vehicle going through a red light. After stopping the vehicle it was learned that the driver later learned to be Jean Garcon had a suspended license. Jean Garcon was arrested and transported the Brookline Police Station.



Malicious Damage

The victim reported she went on vacation on June 29th and when she returned July 7th she noticed damage to her property. Someone had apparently dumped three separate piles of rock and dirt on her yard damaging her flowers.
